My name is Aislin, and I am a neurodivergent 90s kid in the theatre industry.
As a kid I played with Lego, built websites on Microsoft Publisher and automated traffic lights in IT class.
As an adult, when I’m not stage managing in the wings of a theatre, play looks like fixing your spreadsheets, connecting your data and automating your busywork.
Since 2018 I’ve been helping arts organisations from tiny nonprofits to HE institutions to digitise and streamline processes so their staff can spend more time on what matters and less time fighting admin.

My ideal client: the small arts org
- understaffed and underfunded, drowning in admin with no in-house tech support
- wants to focus on the real, impactful work that makes a difference
- needs someone who understands the arts from the inside, fixing admin problems without forcing one-size-fits-all solutions or expensive software subscriptions

My ideal client: the creative freelancer
- bursting with ideas but relies on the abyss of their Notes app, five hundred to-do lists and neurodivergent hyper-focus to get things done.
- wants to make art, not spreadsheets
- needs someone with simple, clever systems that reduce admin overwhelm so they can spend more time on what they love

How I can help
<aside>
systemisation: getting your ducks in a row
- I get to know the bigger picture of your day-to-day admin and map how information actually moves through your work. Then we streamline, connect, and automate the messy bits into calm, repeatable workflows that save time, save brainspace, and cut overwhelm.

custom builds: fixing that one annoying thing
- Got a specific pain point that takes way longer than it should each time? I troubleshoot the underlying issue and design a tailored fix, whether that’s rebuilding a broken spreadsheet or automating a repetitive task. I take into account the system you already have, and come up with the most logical fix for your specific situation - whether that’s introducing a new tool, such as Notion, or working within your existing software.

retainers: on-call support when you need it
- Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me! Ongoing, flexible support for quick fixes, troubleshooting, maintenance and small improvements, so your systems stay tidy and you’ve got someone on hand who knows you and your business, ready to help when new chaos appears.

Next steps
<aside>
If it sounds like I could help, the easiest next step is a free 20-minute intro chat so I can get to know you better. We’ll talk about:
- What your current day-to-day looks like
- What’s frustrating you
- What you’d like work to feel like instead
If calls aren’t your thing, not an issue! Let me know, and we can get the same information with written communication.
I’ll suggest a small first step and quote once I understand what you need.
